Hello there! [F.I-W.S] is having it's first ever, blogger search! Are you a long time reader? Or a new fan of ours? Who cares? That doesn't matter. We're looking for new bloggers. Doesn't matter if you've never blogged before or if you have a blog of your own already. Just fill out the application and we are gonna be getting in touch with you guys and giving you little interviews to see if you fit in with us here. Cause, let's face it, We suck.
Talking Body: A POV on TMP
Now I've had this body for a few months now, and I've been talking with my friends about the like pros and cons of this. But you guys are my friends too right? So why don't I share my opinions with you guys... So without further ado, my Point of View.
This body is fucking hot okay. Like yummy to look at. Haha. I think we can all agree on that. Out of all of the (currently offered) male mesh bodies, this one is the most attractive in my eyes. A lot of us could stare at people walking around topless in #TheMeshProject Male body and none of us would mind. But being the wearer of the body is an entirely different story.
The Demo is free. But first you have to go to their sim, and put on the shopping hud that they send you when you arrive. Then you have to go to the male area and touch the male body demo, which will pull up a window on the hud and then you have to touch the image to get the body. So the shopping process is a bit long, drawn out and honestly annoying for those who have to undergo it.
And in order to actually buy the body, you have to buy credits first, then use the credits and go through the same process to buy the version you'd like. It is an overly complicated system, that if you don't pay attention it takes a while to figure out what to do.
The hands only come in the one pose, and if you use the standard SL avatar head, make sure you retrofit the neck. The mesh head (which I do have one of but I didn't have for this picture), is actually pretty nice but just as much as the body. So try the demo before you buy it.
Now for the fun part. The alpha hud. You can't get it unless you buy the deluxe version. And there is no easy way to hide body parts. You are able to set presets, but there's only 6 save slots, and you have to set those up yourself. Each one has to be set separately, and you can't stack them. So make sure you click save before switching. You'll only make that mistake once I promise. The alpha is probably my least favorite part of the body. And if you've never used a mesh project body with the alpha hud, here's a little preview. I honestly wish that I had seen the hud before I bought the body. I would have thought twice or at least not been nearly as floored when I realized there was no easy way to hide the entire body when needed.To style the body you need to use the other hud, which comes with the shopping hud. The style hud or "StyleMode" as it's called, is how you apply skins, textures, change the nail color, eyebrows, facial hair, tattoos and basically everything else. Thankfully, you only need one style hud for all that to work. And I believe it works on some sort of server because even if you delete your old copy of the hud and go grab a new one, everything you've already synced shows up. So there's brownie points for that. It is nice to be able to find a lot of stuff with just a few clicks of the button, rather than constantly having to search through your inventory for the right applier. You can never remember what that one outfit you were looking for was called anyways, right?
So honestly, the pros and cons feel about even. There's some things that are super awesome about #TheMeshProject Male body, but the alpha hud kinda makes you never want to change your clothes. There's also this weird bug, that sometimes when you TP your body like detaches and you have to manually take off your body, relog and put it back on. You'll still see your body yourself, but the alpha hud won't work and no one else will see your body. This has happened to a few of my friends as well, so I know it's not just me. I've found it happens a lot when I leave RP sims. Going from a laggy sim to a not laggy sim. Not so much from a not laggy sim to a laggy sim. But relogging will generally fix the problem.
I won't even go into how there's not a TON of quality stuff for men with this body to wear, because we all know how lacking the male fashion industry is lacking. But there has been a rise in the amount of stuff that is TMP body compatible. So hopefully things will be pretty good for male mesh bodies in the future.
Anyways, I got other stuff to blog so I'm gonna get set on taking pictures and shit! Also if you haven't heard already. Slink Physique for men is coming out relatively soon. So I'm looking forward to that. It will cost the same as the Physique for women, so it'll only be 1200 give or take 50$Ls or so. There is no word yet on if it'll fit TMP heads or not. But I'll be posting a comparison when it comes out! So we all get to look forward to that.

Camping is not always a outdoor kinda thing...
I hate bugs. Spiders ants ticks mosquitoes anything
that has more legs than me and bits. They are horrible little things. Maybe one of the big reasons I don’t camp. I
mean it can be a lot of fun, yes. But there are things about it that make it
just not worth it for me. I do enjoy it, however indoors like a cabin or just in
my living room with the kids. Secondlife
is a great place to camp.. But I also found myself getting bored and ended up
inside, there as well.
I did find some fun stuff o try out when
looking or something different and came across a camp sense to enjoy. And it
was very nicely done. Lots of poses to try lots of ideas for family and … well
play time. I love shopping and can’t wait see what I come up with next to try. For

Its all Fun and Games
I was never really good at baseball. Never
really got into watching it… But I love football. I get the concept. I get that
people enjoy watching it. I have some
real fans in my family. They don’t miss a game. We have some major league teams that practice around
where I live so it is a big deal. But for me not so much.
When shopping the other day I came across
this set of poses and thought, oh that is cute I can work with that. I jumped
into my inventory and quickly realized I don’t own a lot of sports stuff at
all. I had a jersey made by my son. But that is football. And for the most part
that was it.. Well, now I know what I need to work on… For now I hope you all enjoy

That went Swimmingly
Who is not a fan of a pool. I don’t know anyone
who has not at least been swimming at least one time in their lives. Remember being just a wee little one when I learned
to swim. The pool seems to be a nice place to relax. It is also an amazing way
to stay in shape. Not to mention the parties and the enjoyment of watching the
kids enjoy it. I like watching the sun dance on the water. I even like the
smell, oh so clean.
When I got the stuff to blog I knew I needed
to head to the pool. Looking around and finding just the right spot. Looking
for the right feeling. The weather in SL seems to always be right for a pool
party. There is always time to enjoy the sun. Have a few friends over, turn on
some tunes and just sit back and talk, laugh and have a good time. Make sure
you do that now and then that is what after all sl is all about.

The Love Boat... Or No?
I have one memory as a child of sailing. I
was very young and can still remember the boat leaned over so far that the
water was on the edge about to come in. All I could think was "if it comes
in we are all going to die". I think I was about 7 or 8 and they just kept
telling me to sit still. Honestly all my
life I have lived by the water and I think I am only happy when I am not far
from it. T has the most calming effect on me.
Today I had decided I was going to blog. And
for about an hour or so I couldn’t get it.. I mean I had the want too just not
the creative mind set… was talking to a
friend Mas and he was like you ever been to this club… come on so I did. Everything happens for a reason I went about
the sim and found the sail boat…. Feel in love with it OMG it was amazing, If you have not been to this shop I would recommend
I went to look at the boat and ended up loving like everything there. The bikes
the cars all really well done. Ok enough

Summer is here..
I love this time of year. The
weather is warm the beaches are full of people that are whiter than I am. And to be honest that is a big deal since I am
like a ghost. Ok, maybe not so white, however, none the less. The sun shines
the kids are running around outside playing and there are no school buses to
hold me up when I want to get from place to place. Again, there are many pros
and cons. To be honest, I live in southern Florida and it is summer here like 98%
of the time. So I can’t complain. Enough

I'm back again. My laptop was broken, and then got more broken but now it's fixed. And just in time for the arcade right? So many goodies, and things I can't afford. Well that none of us can afford, am I right? Lol. Anyways, I feel like I've missed so much and at the same time that I haven't missed anything. I guess I just don't socialize enough to feel like I missed out on too much.
But you're not here to listen to me be all pensive, you're here to look at the pictures and find out what things you want to buy. So I'll just get down to the dirty details for you.
Lots of Boogers this time. They came out with a lot of cute things for the arcade. So I went ahead and decided that why not use those to accent my new bed (I have like 20 beds in total btw). There's some bears and the tea party set which sadly isn't made for kids, but is decoration for the bears. I think it would have been awesome if one of the gacha items for that machine had been a chair so that you could dine with your bears. Or if the table which was a rare came with am empty chair just for the kid to use.
And then there was the kitchen. It is adorable. But decorative only, which isn't bad, but I mean it's so cute it just makes me wish that it were interactive. And Tic Tot Toe came out with these cute fish bowls, There's a whole bunch of them by my favorite has to be the Confused Fish Bowl. It's obviously themed after everyone's favorite character in Finding Nemo (did you know she's getting her own movie soon?! I'm so excited for that).
And I stayed on top of this girl for days. Cause I wanted a new outfit, and she was coming out with something new for All The Little Things (shameless self advertising, I know). And after days and days and days of breathing down her neck and spitting in her coffee, she finally had the item ready, and it was perfect for the blog post. I didn't even give her any ideas. But just take a second okay, take a second and imagine this outfit with oversized socks, and like one pants leg tucked in. It's cute right? RIGHT?!
Overall I think this outfit makes me look sooo cute. The shirt is amazing, the socks are super cute, and my face is cute. It can't get any better than this. I mean I can, of course I can, but I mean. Look at this face. You see this face? This face is so cute! I could stare at it for hours. Anyways, it's late so here's the style card!

Killed it.
As anytime I take a leave from an avatar, and then come back to it, I had to give him or her a makeover. While her shape didn't change much, I did decide to try another body so that I could try the omega appliers. It took me a while to figure out, cause I am a dumbass and I read everything the wrong way. (BTW did you know if you rez out the Maitreya body it instantly derezzes?) Took me like 6 tries to figure out I was obviously doing something very wrong. Not even gonna try to defend myself there.
And while I do like the SLink body, the boobs look really cute when they're small, I also love the Maitreya body. Thankfully I can still use my SLink hands and feet cause I mean we spent tons on those. It'd be a waste to just let them sit in our inventory. Hopefully Omega will be slink compatible soon, so that I can use that one too.
Anywho! So I went to Collabor88 too, and surprisingly I'm not nuts about this round. I love the colors, cause pastels are my favorite, but the whole unicorn theme just threw me off. But I did find this couch from Lisp that is texture change.
After that I went to the Kawaii Project, and walked around, saw some cute stuff that wasn't really my style, but I am a gold member with exposeur so I figured I'd look at their stuff. And I actually went back and got this cause it worked well with the outfit that I found later at Kustom9. But this is gonna be plenty long with the credits below so I'mma stop here. Cause obviously I like the stuff, if I didn't I wouldn't blog it. Lol!

Been a while right? Lol. I know you guys have missed me cause all I did yesterday was revamp my blog, and so many people came to look. I didn't even announce it, you all just came! So yes, once again I am back. But this time with my own fabulous new laptop with amazing parts that mean I won't be needing to take a break for a while. Unfortunately though, work does keep me busy.
